All our plans include Anti-DDoS Netrix protection through Netrix Traffic Mitigation (NTM), operated around the clock by the Netrix teams. Traffic is analysed and flows identified as malicious are filtered before reaching your services, helping limit the impact of attacks on your activity.

Detection combines signatures and behavioural analysis of TCP/UDP traffic, with an average mitigation time of 5 seconds.

In which datacenter is this offer available?
This offer is available at the Telehouse 3 datacenter in Magny Les Hameaux and OpCore MRS1 in Marseille, which are among the most secure and high-performance datacenters in the Paris and Marseille regions.
Is it possible to access the datacenter?
No, this offer is 100% managed. For security and confidentiality reasons, we do not allow direct access to the datacenter. Our technical teams handle all necessary interventions.
Is it possible to have crossconnects?
This feature is not available in our housing offer. Our approach favors simplicity with dedicated connectivity via the PulseHeberg network. If you are looking for more advanced solutions including crossconnects, we recommend consulting the Netrix offer, our sister company, at netrix.fr
Is it possible to announce my own IPs?
Yes, our datacenter hosting service includes a managed Bring Your Own IP (BYOIP) option. It allows you to announce your own IPv4 and IPv6 addresses with your ASN on our network. For more details on conditions and pricing, please refer to the 'Setup Fees and Additional Options' section of our Datacenter offer.
Is it possible to have BGP sessions?
Direct BGP sessions are not available in this hosting offer. However, our BYOIP (Bring Your Own IP) option allows you to announce your own IP prefixes with your ASN on our network, which constitutes a form of managed BGP routing. For more advanced BGP routing needs with direct sessions, we recommend the Netrix offer, our sister company, available at netrix.fr
What are the SLAs of the offer?
We contractually commit to maintaining a service availability of 99.99% on a monthly basis. This guarantee covers the network infrastructure, electrical power supply, and datacenter cooling system. In case of non-compliance with this SLA, financial compensations are provided in accordance with our general terms of service.
Must the equipment have dual power supply?
Dual power supply is not mandatory but highly recommended to fully benefit from our redundant infrastructure. Without dual power supply, electrical SLAs do not apply and maintenance on one power path may cause service interruption of your equipment.
What exactly does PulseHeberg monitor?
Our monitoring is limited exclusively to hosting infrastructure elements: electrical power, cooling, network infrastructure, and connectivity. We do not provide any monitoring of your server, its operating system, or the services it runs. The maintenance and monitoring of your equipment remain entirely under your responsibility.
What happens in case of electrical overconsumption?
A one-time overconsumption of maximum 100W for 2 hours per month is tolerated without billing. Beyond this threshold, an overconsumption package will be billed according to current rates.
Can we subscribe to a package with more electrical capacity than planned?
Yes, it is possible to subscribe to packages with additional electrical capacity. For example in Paris, for a BYOS-1U package (100W base), you can add a +100W package for €35 incl. VAT/month, allowing you to benefit from 200W total for €100 incl. VAT/month (€65 + €35) on 1U.
What types of equipment are accepted?
We accept servers and equipment designed for datacenters, from 1U to 4U depending on the subscribed offer. The equipment must be suitable for a datacenter environment. Non-certified equipment is not accepted to avoid any risk of incident.
How long does it take to install my server?
Installations are grouped twice a month, generally on the 5th and 20th of each month. After receiving your equipment, we will inform you of the estimated racking date. Urgent installation outside planned slots is possible for an additional cost of €100 incl. VAT.
How do technical interventions proceed?
All interventions are requested via your client area and performed exclusively by our teams. Hourly rates vary according to hours (business/non-business hours) with a minimum billing of 15 minutes. In case of emergency, our teams can intervene 24/7, 365 days a year.
Is there a duration commitment?
The commitment is monthly and automatically renewable. You can cancel at any time from your client area, with effect at the next deadline if the request is made at least 7 days before. No minimum duration commitment is required.
What cables are provided?
We provide 2 RJ45 cables and 2 electrical power cables per housing package.
What type of connectivity port is offered?
By default, we deliver connectivity in 10G RJ45 (or 1G RJ45 depending on your equipment compatibility). As an option, we offer connectivity on 1G SFP or 10G SFP+ port for an additional €30 incl. VAT.
Is it possible to share an IP block between multiple servers?
Yes, we can propagate a public IP VLAN between multiple housing packages to allow sharing of an IP block between your different servers.
Can we benefit from private networks between multiple servers?
Yes, as a free option we can set up a private VLAN between multiple servers. This option is available provided that all servers are hosted in the same datacenter.
How does Anti-DDoS protection work?
All our offers include Netrix Traffic Mitigation (NTM) Anti-DDoS Netrix protection, a real-time defense solution operated 24/7 by Netrix teams. Through signature detection, heuristics, and behavioral analysis of TCP/UDP flows, attacks are mitigated in less than 5 seconds. This advanced protection ensures service continuity for applications using these protocols, such as application servers, real-time services, or online games, without session drops or unexpected disconnections.
How to monitor electrical consumption?
A precise monitoring chart is available in the client area with the measurement of your equipment consumption in the datacenter.
