Yes, our datacenter hosting service includes a managed Bring Your Own IP (BYOIP) option. It allows you to announce your own IPv4 and IPv6 addresses with your ASN on our network. Direct BGP sessions are not available in this hosting offer. However, our BYOIP (Bring Your Own IP) option allows you to announce your own IP prefixes with your ASN on our network, which constitutes a form of managed BGP routing. We contractually commit to maintaining a service availability of 99.99% on a monthly basis. This guarantee covers the network infrastructure, electrical power supply, and datacenter cooling system. In case of non-compliance with this SLA, financial compensations are provided in accordance with our general terms of service.

Dual power supply is not mandatory but highly recommended to fully benefit from our redundant infrastructure. Without dual power supply, electrical SLAs do not apply and maintenance on one power path may cause service interruption of your equipment.

Our monitoring is limited exclusively to hosting infrastructure elements: electrical power, cooling, network infrastructure, and connectivity. We do not provide any monitoring of your server, its operating system, or the services it runs. The maintenance and monitoring of your equipment remain entirely under your responsibility.

A one-time overconsumption of maximum 100W for 2 hours per month is tolerated without billing. Beyond this threshold, an overconsumption package will be billed according to current rates.

Yes, it is possible to subscribe to packages with additional electrical capacity. For example in Paris, for a BYOS-1U package (100W base), you can add a +100W package for €35 incl. VAT/month, allowing you to benefit from 200W total for €100 incl. VAT/month (€65 + €35) on 1U.

We accept servers and equipment designed for datacenters, from 1U to 4U depending on the subscribed offer. The equipment must be suitable for a datacenter environment. Non-certified equipment is not accepted to avoid any risk of incident.

Installations are grouped twice a month, generally on the 5th and 20th of each month. After receiving your equipment, we will inform you of the estimated racking date. Urgent installation outside planned slots is possible for an additional cost of €100 incl. VAT.

All interventions are requested via your client area and performed exclusively by our teams. Hourly rates vary according to hours (business/non-business hours) with a minimum billing of 15 minutes. In case of emergency, our teams can intervene 24/7, 365 days a year.

The commitment is monthly and automatically renewable. You can cancel at any time from your client area, with effect at the next deadline if the request is made at least 7 days before. No minimum duration commitment is required.
