24/7 hardware and network monitoring

All servers in our Standard range are monitored around the clock by our teams using a sophisticated monitoring system. This allows us to continuously monitor all the hardware elements (RAM, CPU, hard drives, etc.) of your server.

As soon as a defect is identified, our team is immediately informed and we proceed to replace the defective part, often without you even realizing it. If your server needs to be shut down, our team then contacts you to schedule the operation.

How long does it take to activate the service?

Once the payment is confirmed, the service is automatically activated in a few minutes. Under certain conditions the order may require a manual review which can take up to 12 hours.

Is it possible to have Windows as OS?

It is possible to install Windows manually from the ILO console.

Does the dedicated server have a VNC console?

Our Standard Baremetal offer includes an ILO access that allows you to access your server console.

Is it possible to have additional IPs?

Yes, additional IPv4s are charged at 2€/month/IP. IPv6 is free.

What happens in case of hardware failure?

In case of minor hardware failure our teams operate on your server to change the defective parts. In case of major failure our teams can be brought to exchange your server by a new one.

Is it possible to modify the resources of a dedicated?

Under certain conditions it is possible to increase the resources of a dedicated server by means of planned maintenance or by moving hard disks. This is done after consultation with our technical support.
