The infrastructure we employ relies solely on high-quality, hotswap datacenter hard drives, designed to withstand sustained use and displaying an exceptionally low failure rate (MTBF). Additionally, each of our servers is equipped with a professional RAID card, protected by batteries to prevent any potential data corruption.

24/7 hardware and network monitoring

All servers in our Storage range are monitored around the clock by our teams using a sophisticated monitoring system. This allows us to continuously monitor all the hardware elements (RAM, CPU, hard drives, etc.) of your server.

As soon as a defect is identified, our team is immediately informed and we proceed to replace the defective part, often without you even realizing it. If your server needs to be shut down, our team then contacts you to schedule the operation.
